Manchester based Ocon Construction is starting on site on three new student accommodation projects in three different parts of the country in a hat trick of new contract wins totalling οΎ£35.6 million.
OCON COMPLETES £45M NOTTINGHAM STUDENT PROJECT
Ocon Construction has completed phase I of the £45 million Opal 1 at Chettles Yard in Nottingham, handing over 302 student bedrooms in time for the new academic year, along with the development’s management suite, common room and residents gym.
