WILLIAMSON-CORBETT APPOINTED AS OCON’S NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
A qualified civil engineer and a business development management professional with more than 20 years’ cross-sector experience, Nick has an enviable track record across a wide range of sectors. Most recently, he was business development manager for the leisure division of an international fit out, construction and management services firm. His career also includes business development and project management roles for developers, architectural practices and major construction companies. His experience includes key account management, bid management and funding solutions for clients.
The appointment is a key strategic move for Ocon who wants to leverage its market-leading position in the student living sector to help it grow to a £100 million business over the next 3-4 years. Ocon has already proven its capabilities across a number of sectors including commercial, retail and residential care homes over the past couple of years and Nick will be instrumental in extending this to help target growth.
