Continuous Improvement Programme
To support continuous improvement, key performance indicators to underpin the quality objectives have been identified. Monitoring of these indicators will enable the company to monitor its progress in achieving its objectives.
Monitoring of the key performance indicators is regularly reviewed, particularly at the Management Review meeting. Suitable and sufficient resources will be allocated to ensure these objectives are achieved.
