The project provides 74 Student Accommodation bedrooms and ground floor retail units including a Tesco Metro. The building is a timber framed structure on a steel transfer deck.
Ground clearance works took place to ensure that all unidentified obstructions were removed.
The project also involved the relocation of an existing live substation which ultimately is incorporated within the completed scheme.
