Gary joined us in August 2007 as our Building Services Manager, to continue the development of Oconﾒs progression in the construction field, so that we may fully comply with all our client requirements and new market opportunities. Gary brings to Ocon thirty-three years of experience. He has considerable knowledge of all aspects of M&E Services having worked his way up the ladder from the tools to delivering large projects as Project Manager/Contracts Manager and then working for Main Contracting as a Senior Building Services Manager prior to his move to Ocon.
Gary enjoys developing and understanding Client needs and establishing new relationships whilst involved in the decision making process of each new projects. His beliefs for a successful contract include an enthusiastic delivery team, mutual respect and sensitivity and reception of new ideas and processes.
