With a floor area of 23,000sq feet spread across three floors this building, the first of two phases, has a feature entrance that acts as a centralised circulation hub.

The office is open plan with raised access computer floors throughout. There are toilets on each floor and a shower facility on the 1st floor.

Attractive external landscaping includes controlled car parking for 68 cars and a cycle store for 10 cycles.

The building was rapidly fitted out by the tenant and is now fully operational.

Ocon went on to be awarded Phase 2.
