Hoyle Street, Sheffield

On a busy island site the project included the refurbishment of a listed building in to a management suite for the centre along with the construction of an all new student accommodation centre.

The successful use of pre- fabricated bathrooms was well publicised as it significantly accelerated construction.

In order to ensure timely handover the overall project was divided in to two separate sub-projects substantially using separate supply chain partners.

Extensive environmental innovations were incorporated in to the design which included green roofs, solar water heating, photovoltaic panels and rainwater harvesting.
