Ian has over 20 years experience within the construction industry. Ianﾒs wealth of experience covers a diverse range of market sectors from student accommodation, social housing to retail and commercial.
Ianﾒs key areas of expertise include preparation of costs plans, client valuations, project management, effective partnering, risk management and control.
With acute commercial awareness Ian has the ability to commercially manage large value schemes whilst keeping a constant eye on value engineering.
