Finally, in Loughborough, work has commenced on a £3.2 million 101 bedroom student accommodation scheme. Developer, Anash Holdings, has commissioned Ocon to construct the four-storey brick-fronted scheme with a completion date of August 2010.

The three schemes add to Ocon's reputation for the construction of student accommodation with a portfolio that includes 1600 student bedrooms handed over in 2009 alone.
