Designed by architects, Stephen George & Partners, the design and build scheme will see Ocon working on a live campus site to deliver the 140-unit scheme in time for the 2012/13 academic year, with completion scheduled for September 2012.
Ocon wins Phase 2 Northfield Residencies, Susssex
Ocon successfully secures Phase 2 with our Client, University of Sussex.
Ocon Construction has been awarded a £6.45 million contract to build a 210-unit student accommodation scheme in Nottingham after working with the developer and the architect to help the scheme obtain planning permission.
Ocon is to build a £35 million student accommodation scheme for the University of Liverpool that will set a benchmark for eco-student living.
