The Weston Building
The project included new en suite bathrooms, fixtures, furniture and fittings as well as complete rewiring and IT data cabling.
Through careful planning in conjunction with the hotel management the operation of the hotel and the maintenance of its systems was maintained throughout the works.
A key factor of the works are the planning of access and egress to the works whilst maintaining a safe hotel environment. Segregation of hotel guests from work areas and the additional use of signage were used to ensure safety for residents at all times.
The refurbished bedrooms are proving to be a popular addition to the hotel´s facilities.
